An orange-timber 90s kitchen replaced with a pared-back design: a concrete-look island, oak tall joinery and polished floors looking straight out to the garden.
The project
The goal here is less. The new layout moves all storage and appliances into one oak tall-joinery wall, leaving a single large island as the only object in the room. The concrete-look surface and polished floor keep it hard-wearing, and the long view to the garden does the rest.
