Bathrooms · Mid-range
A period-style bathroom for a heritage cottage — clawfoot bath, patterned encaustic-look floor, subway tiling, a timber vanity and a frameless shower.
The project
The brief is a bathroom that looks like it could always have been there, but works like a new one. Patterned floor tiles, subway tiling and a clawfoot bath carry the period feel, while the waterproofing, shower and ventilation underneath are fully modern.
Before & after
Start to finish
The parts of a job that decide how it lasts — demolition, framing, services and waterproofing — are the parts you never see once it's finished. Here they are.
Stage 1 of 3
The existing room or site, before any work begins.
Stage 2 of 3
Strip-out, structure and services, then fit-out — the stages most clients never see.
Stage 3 of 3
The finished result at handover.
